Funeral services for Joell Blanche Morgan, 58, of Sulphur will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 2 at Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mel Estess will officiate. burial will follow in Mimosa Pines Cemetery, Carlyss. Services will be under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20 from 4 until 9 p.m. and Thursday, from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Morgan passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2004 in a Lake Charles care center. She was a native of Lake Charles and a lifelong resident of Sulphur. She was a member of Victory Worship Center in Sulphur. She graduated from Sulphur High School and she was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband, Blackie Morgan and son Kevin Wayne Morgan. Survivors include: Two brothers, Lionel J. Mestayer Jr.; Daniel P.
