Christine "Teen" Hoffpauir Paris Robinson, 79, of Groves, Texas passed away on Saturday morning, August 20th at her home with her family at her side. She was born in Ebenezer, Louisiana on April 1, 1926 to Josie O. Faulk and John Curtis Hoffpauir. She lived in the Groves area for most of her life. She helped start the Radiology School at St. Mary's Hospital with Dr. Hollman in 1955. She retired as a teacher of Radiological Technology in 1992. She was a member of Bethel Temple Full Gospel Church in Port Arthur. Visitation was held on Sunday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 22, 2005 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Foster, officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Clayton Thompson. She is survived by her daughters, Christy and her husband, Kenneth Young of Groves, Texas, Virginia and her husband, Johnny Rush; her sons, Paul and his wife, Cheryl Paris of Groves, Texas, Curtis and his wife, Lynette Paris of New Braunfels, Texas; Ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Yvonne Smiley of Groves, Texas and Audrey Ferguson of Tyler, Texas along with numerous nieces and nephews. 5200 W.
