Louella H. Primeaux, 83, died at 12:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, in her residence.
She was a native of Kaplan and lived in Lake Charles for the past 60 years. She was a charter member of Boulevard Baptist Church and worked as the file clerk for many years. She also worked for the Calcasieu Parish School Board.
Survivors include her husband, Etiene Primeaux of Lake Charles; one son, Carl A. Primeaux and wife Sue Kelly of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; one daughter, Carolyn Ingalls of Lake Charles; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Eva Hoffpauir; four brothers; and son-in-law, Marvin Ingalls.
Her funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, in Johnson Funeral Home. Dr. Mark Stagg and the Revs. Bill Billings and Sue Kelly will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today, Nov. 7, and from 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
