Obituary: CROWLEY - Funeral servcies will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Florence Hoffpauir Leger, 57, who died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at her residence. The Rev. Joseph Greenwell will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Leger is survived by her husband, Irby Leger of Crowley; her mother, Velma Hoffpauir of Crowley; three sons, Troy Leger of Lafayette and Michael Leger and Daniel Leger, both of Crowley; one brother, Hayden "Buddy" Hoffpauir of Opelousas; and three grandchildren, Brittany Leger of Anchorage, Alaska, and Phillip Leger and Rebecca Leger, both of Crowley. She was preceded in death by her father, John Hoffpauir Jr. A rosary was prayed at 7 p.m. Friday. Visitation was from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and continues from 8 a.m. until time of services today. Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home of Crowley is in charge of arrangements.
