CROWLEY - Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, at Ebenezer Methodist Church for Wilma Sarver Hoffpauir, 77, who died at 5:20 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2002, at Lafayette General Medical Center. The Rev. Ed Boyd will officiate the services. Visitation will be observed from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday and from 8 a.m. until the time of services on Monday. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Hoffpauir, of Crowley; two sons, Darrel Hoffpauir and his wife, Mildred, of Crowley, and Melvin Ray Hoffpauir and his wife, Cindy, of Crowley; four grandsons; nine great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Elmer "Boo" Sarver, of Crowley, and John W. Sarver, of Rayne. Mrs. Hoffpauir is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Kelly Hoffpauir; and her parents, Hagen and Ruby Faulk Sarver.
