CROWLEY - Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2004, at Ebenezer Nazarene Church for Merline Joy Faulk Morgan, 71, who died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, at American Legion Hospital in Crowley. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Talhelm will be officiating for the services. She is survived by her husband, Robert Richard Morgan, of Crowley; two sons, Robert Wayne Morgan and his wife, Diana, of Scott, and Ray Morgan and his wife, Stella, of Robert's Cove; eight grandchildren, Kelly Morgan, of Lafayette, Justin Morgan, of Carencro, Becky Heinzl, of Scott, Scott Heinzl, of Scott, Jessie Guidry, of Scott, Samantha Morgan, of Scott, Mickey Morgan, of Robert's Cove, and Tabatha Bridy, of Robert's Cove; two brothers, C.W. Faulk, of Indian Bayou, and Frank Faulk, of Ebenezer; four sisters, Billie Foreman, of Crowley, Fannie Sarver, of Texas, Beryl Faulk, of Crowley, Nina Spell, of Crowley; and a special companion, Onyx. Mrs. Morgan was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Lola Hayes Faulk; and one sister, Walterene Ashby. Visitation was observed from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. Monday at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home and will continue from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. today at Ebenezer Nazarene Church and from 8 a.m. Wednesday until time of service at Ebenezer Nazarene Church. Pallbearers will be Justin Morgan, Scott Heinzl, Scott Petry, Charlie Ashley, Scott Faulk, John Hartt and Joel Faulk. Honorary pallbearers will be Jessie Guidry and Mickey Morgan.
