the same improvement and tract that Arthur McNEAL of Massachusetts by his bill of sale dated 02 Apr 1770 sold to John PERRY late of Cumberland County, and which said John PERRY by his bill of sale dated 13 Oct 1772 sold to Annis and Samuel PERRY late of Cumberland County.
