Burial
Obituary: LAKE CHARLES, LA. Services for Mrs. Nita Cadv, 72, of 3901 Center St., Lake Charles, will be at 11 am. Saturday April 11 at Simpson Methodist United Church In Lake Charles, Rev Ted Howes officiating. Burial Highland Memory Gardens under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. She died Thurs. April 9,1981 at 3:45 a m. at Lake Charles Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Cody, a native of Ridge, La. and a resident of Lake Charles 50 years, was a member of Rebecca Eastern Star Lodge No 78. Survivors one daughter, Mrs. Leon Bethea, Tulsa, Okla.; two sons, Mr. M.C. Cody, Minden, La., and Mr.John Cody, Shreveport, two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Stutes, Beaumont, Texas, and Mrs. Alice Hoffpaulr, Crowlev, La.; eight grandchildren.Endnotes
