(Regiment) A 95 Bde R.F.A. has been wounded, and was admitted to 3. Stationary Hospital, Rouen France on the 4th day for July 1918. The nature of the wound is Gun Shot Wound Face - also Wounded Gas Shell Mild. I am to express to you the sympathy and regret of the Army Council.
This was sent to his wife but appears to have been undelivered and returned to sender.
