Their is some confusion over how long Louisa & Harry have been married and how many children they have.

Harry says married 23 years - no children born alive from current marriage - but 3 still living 1 has died?
Louisa says married 3 years - no children (in the same hand as the census) then in red: "3 years has been changed to 23 and number of children 3 2 still a live 1 has died".

Note: Harry and Louisa married in 1908 so 3 years in 1911 - at the time of the marriage Harry is a widower and Louisa a widow.
