No 767315. / This man was admitted by convoy on 1 Oct 18, suffering from G.SW. both thighs, flesh, G.S.W. both feet, with fracture of Tarsal and metatarsal and phalanges right foot./ He developed erysipulas on the left leg on the 24th October 1918 and later developed double Lobar Pneumonia, from which he died on the 11th November 1918./Condition causing death attributable to active service./Body claimed by relatives./ Buried at Arnford Churchyard, Castle Cary.
