Joseph J. Rummel

Both of Joseph's wives were Annie C.'s. He had three children by his second wife Annie C. Kendler: Irene, Edna and Joseph. Annie (Kendler) was apparently admitted to Philadelphia Almshouse and Hospital in 1910, just after the birth of Joseph in 1909. She was in the Philadelphia Hospital for the Insane in the Byberry area of the city in 1920 and in 1930.
