The Germantown is question is unknown. There are several Germantowns in PA. The most obvious Germantown is the neighborhood in Philadelphia City. There are no settlements called Germantown in Sullivan or Bradford County that appear in the highly detailed "Pennsylvania Atlas & Gazetteer" published by DeLorme Mapping Company.Endnotes
