THOMASVILLE – Pearl Crotts Hill Cole, 99, of Thomasville, died Dec. 23, 2007, at GrayBrier Nursing and Retirement Center.

The funeral was held Dec. 27, 2007, at Cumby Family Funeral Home Chapel in Archdale with the Rev. Brent Tysinger officiating. Burial was in Randolph Memorial Park.

She was a native of Randolph County, the widow of Carl S. Hill and Roger R. Cole, a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

Surviving are her foster son, Robert A. Ledbetter of Trinity; sister, Lily Ennis of Trinity; brothers, Wayne Crotts, Roy Crotts and Reese Crotts, all of Trinity; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
