B.J. “Slick” Kennedy, 78, of High Point, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Camden Health and Rehab.
Born December 16, 1939, in Guilford County, he was the son of the late William Jay Kennedy and the late Lena Kindley Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy was a retired truck driver and shop foreman with Claude Gable.
He is survived by his son, Jay Kennedy and wife Kim of Thomasville; daughter, Susan Allesi and husband Joe of AZ; sister, Shirley Beane and husband Clifford of Trinity; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at Floral Garden Park.
