HIGH POINT- Jessie Kearns Gammons, 80, passed Sunday, September 16th, 2018. A service to celebrate Jessie's life will be held on Wednesday afternoon, September 19th, at 3 o'clock, at Fairfield United Methodist Church, with Reverend Oliver Helsabeck officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon, from 1:45 until 2:45, in the church fellowship hall and other times will be at the residence. Born on October 17, 1937 in Guilford County, to the late Robert and Lena Robbins Kearns. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death was her step mother, Mamie Kearns.On June 15, 1956, she was married to Bobby L. Gammons, he survives of the home. Also surviving are her son, Ricky L. Gammons and his wife, Peggy of Archdale; her step grandchildren, Ricky Roseberry, and Tina Roseberry; her great grandchildren, Cody Roseberry, Jacob Troxler and Savannah Troxler, and many nieces and nephews.

HIGH POINT- Jessie Kearns Gammons, 80, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 16th, 2018.She was born on October 17, 1937 in Guilford County, to the late Robert and Lena Robbins Kearns. A resident of this area all of her life, she retired from Jefferson Pilot after many years of service, and she was a member of Fairfield United Methodist Church. At her church, she was a member of the Adult Sunday school class and the UMW Morning Fellowship. Jessie enjoyed traveling in her earlier years, shopping, and going to dinners and programs, at her church. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death was her step mother, Mamie Kearns.
On June 15, 1956, she was married to Bobby L. Gammons, he survives of the home. Also surviving are her son, Ricky L. Gammons and his wife, Peggy of Archdale; her step grandchildren, Ricky Roseberry, and Tina Roseberry; her great grandchildren, Cody Roseberry, Jacob Troxler and Savannah Troxler, and many nieces and nephews.
