AUGUSTA, Ga. | Jaques L. Beck, 89, entered into rest Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011, at University Hospital.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 825 Greene St., Augusta, Ga., by Pastor David Hunter.
Mr. Beck served in the U.S. Army from 1940-45. He was retired from Serta Bedding Co.
Survivors include son David Earl Beck; daughter Linda Beck Smith; daughter-in-law Elaine Beck; four grandchildren, David W. Beck and Kacy, Jackie and Rob Smith; great-granddaughter Chloe Kira Wolfson; brother Ned Beck; and nieces and nephews.
