He was a weaver by occupation and was made a freeman in 1690. Isaac married Anne Ordway, daughter of James and Anne (Emery) Ordway, in 1690 in Salisbury. Anne was born 12 Feb. 1668 in Newbury, MA. Her date of death is unbknown. Isaac and Anne settled in Salisbury where the birth of their seven children were recorded: Isaac IV, Daniel, William, John, Samuel, James and Hannah. Isaac died 6 July 1709 in Salisbury. His estate was administered 1 Aug. 1709 and divided in 1718. Anne married William Baker of Ipswich, MA.
