See "A History of the Old Town of Stratford and the City of Bridgeport, CT" by Rev. Samuel Orcutt dated 1886 part 1 page 1291 from Heritage Quest showing him, age 48, wife Alice, age 47, four children who were Ann age 14, Rose age 11, Thomas age 10 and Rebecca age 9, came to America from Ipswich, England in 1634 on the ship Frances. They lived in Mass. for several years and came to Fairfield, CT before 1650. His will dated July 21, 1655 was probated 25 Oct 1655 mentions all family members.
