"Vital records of Haverhill, MA to the end of the year 1849" published by Topsfield Historical Society dated 1911, page 1_173, found at Heritage Quest Online, shows birth of Nathaniell, son of Matthew, jr. and Martha (Page) born on 15 July 1709.
In "A Memorial History of Hamstead, NH, Vol #2" page 359, he is referred to as Nathaniel Harriman, grandfather of Reuben Harriman and purchased farm in Hampstead, NH. This is not correct in that he had to be Reuben's great uncle.
