A deed in 1873 in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania names Leonard Battorff's heirs. His daughter Catherine was deceased by 1873 when her heirs Francis Umbehocker and Paul Miller inherited her share. There is a Jacob Umbehocker living with her father and a Levi Umbehocker living two households away from him in the 1850 census for Porter Township, Jefferson County. Francis Umbehocker is living in Ringgold Township, Jefferson County in the 1850 through the 1870 censuses. Levi, Francis, and Jacob are probably Catherine's sons since there is no other Umbehocker family living in Jefferson County. Only Francis was living by 1873 when he is named in his grandfather's will.
