Rachel and Susanna may have been the same person. Rachel appears in the 1860 census and Susanna in the 1870 census but appear to be born about the same time. The 1900 census lists Lydia as the mother of 11 children with 8 living. She had 8 children to her first husband Jacob Freedline and 3 children to John Harman. If the information in the census is correct, then Rachel and Susanna are the same person.
