Marriage
Their marriage date is based on the birthdate of their oldest child. Martin Batdorf and his wife were the sponsors. Also, John Weiser, Eva Maria's brother-in-law, and Catharina Elisabeth Weiser, her niece, were among the sponsors at the baptisms of her children.Probate
His will was written on 15 May 1805 and was proved on 5 November 1823. His will mentions his wife Eve and the following children: Michael; Martinus; Elizabeth, wife of Wm. Bordner; John; Catharine, the wife of Geo. Bonawitz; Frederick; and Eve, wife of Jacob Myer. His son Michael receives the plantation and the tract of land on which his father lived. His son Michael is also to provide for his mother and is to pay her and his brothers and sisters 350 pounds as provided for in his father's will.
