Birth
Mary's son, J. T. Williams, was the informant on her death certificate. The biography for her son, Joseph Thomas Williams (same as informant), in Stewart's History of Indiana County gives her date of birth as 1 November 1809 and her date of death as 2 Oct 1912 at the age of 93 years. This is obviously an error since she would be over 100 years old if she were born in 1809. Her death certificate gives her date of birth as 1 November 1819 which is consistent with the age given for her in the biography for her son.Death
It appears that the 3 October was written as her date of death and then 4 was written over top of it so her date of death could be either the 3 October or 4 October 1912.Endnotes
