Birth
The application for the marriage license gives his place of birth as Pueblo, Pennsylvania and the World War 2 draft registration gives it as Polk Township, Pennsylvania. There was a place called Pueblo in Polk Township, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania although it is not listed on any current maps.Endnotes
