His son William McMillen bought the 8 shares of his siblings for this property.1) Adam McMillen and Robert McMillen of the State of Ohio sold to Wm McMillen, Jr. of South Mahoning Township, Indiana County, on 21 May 1878 their one-ninth interest each in 55 acres in South Mahoning Township for $100 each.
2) James Wiley and Ellen his wife of South Mahoning Township sold to Wm McMillen, Jr. of South Mahoning Township on 1 August 1878 their one-ninth interest in 55 acres in South Mahoning Township for $125.
3) Silas McMillen of South Mahoning Township sold to Wm. McMillen, Jr. of South Mahoning Township on 6 August 1881 his one-ninth interest in 55 acres in South Mahoning Township for $100.
4) M. J. McMillen of South Mahoning Township sold to Wm. McMillen, Jr. of South Mahoning Township on 24 May 1882 her one-ninth interest in 55 acres in South Mahoning Township for $100.

c) Catherine E. Pierce of Millcreek Township, Clarion County sold to Wm. McMillen of South Mahoning Township on 27 July 1889 her one-fourth part of one-ninth interest in 55 acres in South Mahoning Township for $25.
d) R. C. Pierce and Ida M. his wife of Millcreek Township, Clarion County sold to Wm. McMillen of South Mahoning Township on 4 April 1892 their one-fourth part of one-ninth interest in 55 acres in South Mahoning Township for $25.
