Miscellaneous
Peter Keller and Jacob Foringer applied for 322 acres in Donegal Township on 27 February 1840 with interest from 1 March 1820. In the proof of settlement certificate James Bovard Esq. stated the tract was settled by the applicants about 18 years ago; they cleared 100 acres, have a house and other buildings, have resided thereon ever since their settlement, and are now residing on the same. The certificate was signed the Justice of the Peace, Thomas McLeary.Endnotes
