Henry William Dollinger appears in Summit County, Ohio when he marries Gertrude B. Emery in 1911 and when he registers for the World War I draft in 1918. He lists his parents as John and Carolina Dollinger on the marriage license in 1911. There is a Henry William Dollinger in Elk County, Pennsylvania in the 1910 and 1920 censuses with a wife Anna and in the 1930 census in Erie County, Pennsylvania with a wife Anna. (A John and Carolina Dollinger are living in Elk County, Pennsylvania in the 1880 census.) He registers for the World War II draft in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1942 listing Anna as the person who will always know his address. It is believed that this is the same person since both men have the same birthdate and birthplace, 25 January in DuBois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. Also, the signatures on the marriage license and World War I draft registration in Ohio and World War II draft registration in Pennsylvania appear to be the same.
