Henry Nulph, uncle of Susan Himes (daughter of Christian and Rebecca Himes deceased) petitioned the Court for guardianship of her. The petition states her parents left three children, one of whom was Susan, a minor under 14 years of age. Henry Nulph was the brother-in-law and sister of her parents Christian and Rebecca Himes according to the petition. The Court appointed Henry Nulph her guardian.Endnotes
