At a County Court, held in Boston, April 29, 1679, power of administration of all goods, estates and credits of Nathaniel Gary, late of Roxbury, deceased, intestate, was granted unto Anne, his "Relict Widdow ", she giving bond to administer the said estate according to law and to bring in an inventory thereof upon oath.
