ROSE TURKEL GRUDIN of Fair Lawn died Wednesday. Born in Austria, she came to the United States in 1920. She had been a self-employed hat designer. She was a member of the Sisterhood of Temple Beth Sholom and Hadassah, both in Fair Lawn, and the Workmen's Circle in New York City. Surviving are a daughter, Pearl Epstein of Fair Lawn; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Her first husband, Herman Weidler, and her second husband, David Grudin, are deceased. Services are today at noon at Louis Suburban Chapel, Fair Lawn, with burial in Cedar Park Cemetery, Emerson. A mourning period will be observed through Wednesday morning at the Epstein residence. Donations to a favorite charity would be appreciated.
